Our affiliates are any dealerships or other companies controlled by us, who control us or who are under common control with us. Affiliates to whom we may disclose your nonpublic personal information are in the business of selling and servicing new and used automobiles, and include various separate companies, such as Mercedes-Benz of West Chester, Mercedes‑Benz of Wilmington and Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington.
Categories of Nonaffiliated Third Parties To Whom We May Disclose Your Nonpublic Personal Information
Nonaffiliated third parties are those companies that are not within the Condor family of companies. Our policy is such that we do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties. We may, however, share your nonpublic personal information with certain nonaffiliated third parties, with whom we have contracted to provide marketing and other services on our behalf, and certain financial institutions, such as banks, insurance‑related institutions and other companies offering financial products or services, with whom we have entered into joint marketing agreements.
